I woke at 4 a.m. today with a new thought of where that wallet might be. Of course, that would be in a particular spot in Colorado Springs' "Palmer Park." But it makes me think of what joy there will be in the future when God restores all things and the lost will be found. The trick for us here on this earth is living today in the joy and security of God's promises, in the joy and security of that "tomorrow" day when God makes all things new. I wonder what purposes God will have in this story? Because of Jesus, nothing is wasted.
