Would anyone want to have a chance to read our church June-July newsletter online? The "Parish Pulse" assembly crew is putting it together at this moment. It will probably be mailed out tomorrow, meaning some will get it Saturday, others early next week. I can easily provide it in "pdf" which all computers can open. Please comment below, email me or contact me if you're interested.
Yes! This is a fantastic idea Pr. Steve. Add me to the list...make sure to include a link to Acrobat for Windows users, since PDF isn't naively supported.
ReplyDeleteI think I have fallen into the electronic age. I am more likely to sit at a computer and read something than I am a print document. For example, I don't think I have yet read last months Pulse, but I do read pastors blog almost every day. Sometimes I think I'm a traitor for ignoring the print medium, but to quote a very wise person, "it is what it is."

TO ALL READERS: I'm still looking for more interest as regards making the newsletter available on line. Please contact me or add a comment if you'd like it that way. I think if we got a dozen or more who would like it that way we could start moving toward this. Please let your thoughts be known!
ReplyDeletePRESTON - when you get back could you stop by... I've got some thoughts about the "pdf" issue that we could discuss better in person.
TIM - I am the same as you when it comes to reading things. I'm much more likely to read on screen when it comes to "news" than in print.
